Start with evidence.
A health check should help you make a decision, with the limits of the evidence in view.
What you can explore today
This preview contains the public approach, documentation, and an onboarding outline. Account access, connected assessments, repository changes, and assistant sessions are not available in this web experience yet.
The separate offline scoring kernel evaluates normalized, redacted evidence. Connecting that capability to this workspace is still planned.
Three useful starting questions
- What matters? Name the service or customer journey you need to understand.
- What do you know? Collect relevant configuration and evidence with its source and collection date.
- What is missing? Make uncertainty explicit before selecting an improvement.
A benchmark needs context
An Observaloka Benchmark result describes the evidence assessed against a particular rubric. It is not a guarantee that a system is reliable, secure, or complete.
Coverage and confidence matter alongside the result. Missing or outdated evidence should remain visibly unassessed. After a change, collect fresh evidence and compare like-for-like results.
Keep changes reviewable
The intended journey moves from observation to assessment to a proposed change. Your team reviews the scope and approves the change before it affects your systems. Keep a recovery path and check the outcome afterward.
